Emily Musgrave had built a thriving aura photography practice — over 10,000 photographs and more than 6,000 readings across the Northeast since 2022. But despite strong demand for her studio sessions, couples experiences, and event activations, she had no cohesive digital presence. Her brand identity was scattered across Canva drafts and informal materials, there was no professional website, and bookings were handled by hand. Without a polished online home she was missing the chance to reach new clients, show her credibility, and scale the event side of the business.
What we did
Brand and visual identity
Refined the logo, chose a typography pairing, and established a color palette drawn from the aura spectrum. Produced a brand style sheet to keep usage consistent across web and print, including folded cards and promotional materials.
Website
Designed and built a fully responsive site with six core pages — Home, About, Color Guide, Offerings and Experiences, Private Events, and Contact — and wrote original copy for every section, from the artist bio to the service descriptions and a full aura color interpretation guide. Embedded video from the Flemington Aura Project to show Emily’s community exhibition work.
Booking and scheduling
Integrated appointment booking and configured the service tiers: an individual aura photo with reading, a self-guided photo, and couples and group sessions. Every “Book Now” button routes into one scheduling flow. Group events were restructured to go through a dedicated inquiry form rather than a booking calendar, because those conversations need to happen before a date is set.
Local visibility and launch
Connected the existing domain, set up and verified the business on Google Maps with an optimized description, linked the Instagram feed into the site, and configured the foundational SEO for local discovery around Stroudsburg.
Handoff
Delivered all final files through a shared folder, with guidance so Emily can swap photos, change event images, and manage her own content without needing technical support.
Results
By mid-December 2025 Aura Explorer had a digital presence matching the quality of the in-person work: a professional identity used consistently across web, print, and social; a site that streamlines bookings and shows the portfolio; tiered scheduling with a clear flow for individuals, couples, and groups; a verified Google Maps listing improving local search; a dedicated inquiry pipeline for private parties, corporate events, festivals, and brand activations; and content management Emily runs herself.

The website has been a game changer. I have been able to easily book appointments and manage my schedule. I have also increased sales of my products as I am obtainable on the internet.
